Since launching Acme Design last fall, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about our niche and how we can best use our talents and experience to improve our clients’ work and branding.
After some thought, and a little soul searching, I realized that I’ve known our niche all along; I was just worried that defining it would limit our opportunities and prevent us from taking on clients that didn’t match our vision.
But here’s the great thing about defining and stating our niche—it forces us to be more clear about our intentions and to better match our mission and vision with like-minded clients.
Having arrived at a place where I feel comfortable defining and announcing our niche, I am fully confident that we have a clear and linear direction in which to lead both our business and our clients—a path towards success and prosperity.
